Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hastings and Prince Edward Counties, located in Belleville, Ontario is seeking an Executive Director who will report to a volunteer Board of Directors. The Executive Director is responsible for the operation of a growing and dynamic organization serving the needs of children 6 to 18 years of age.

• The successful applicant will be a community leader with a proven track record at the senior management level in the service sector.
• The applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the areas of leadership, fund raising, financial management and community involvement.
• The applicant will have a post secondary education in a related field. The Executive Director will be a team player with outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to motivate staff and volunteers and inspire enthusiasm and commitment from all levels of the community.
• An understanding of charitable fundraising processes and empathy for the issues facing the social service sector is essential.
